If you want to submit your geo filter to snap chat make sure you are designing on a illustrator page that is 1080x1920 pixel format.
Save your geo filter as a PNG so the background is CLEAR. When yo turn your geofilter in place it on a photo so it look like a real snap chat! just like the images below..
